Sysco Corp. West Coast Florida FreshPoint division seeks an Outbound Team Lead to provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers in a high-volume warehouse.

You will ensure safety, food safety compliance (HACCP), and efficient operation, assign duties, and resolve issues to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in produce or related industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
