Job summary

FreshPoint Connecticut, LLC is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to guide packing associates, line feeders and stackers in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Hartford, CT.

You will drive performance by assigning duties, enforcing safety, and coordinating with supervisors to meet customer demands while upholding HACCP and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years (extensive) produce knowledge or related industry.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with other line supervisors and management to ensure priorities are set and issues are communicated and addressed.
