Job summary

Rocket Shippers, a Pride Global division, seeks an Outbound Shipping Lead to oversee B2B and B2C fulfillment tasks with self-direction and efficiency.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, leading pick/pack operations, and using multiple warehouse software programs to manage stock, inventory, and order flow while coordinating with teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse fulfillment environment, leading or self-directed.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Experience with FBA, FBM, D2C, B2B is preferred.

The Outbound Shipping Lead is relied upon for completing a variety of B2B and B2C fulfillment tasks in a self-directed manner, quickly and efficiently.

• Ability to interact with the public, customers, and co-workers in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions while standing, for long periods of time
