Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream seeks a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator in Tulare, CA. You will manage outbound orders, supervise the put‑away process, and ensure shipments meet dates by updating orders daily and coordinating with carriers and the west guard shack.

Training includes forklift certification and crane operation for inventory handling. You’ll maintain safety and sanitation standards, support with the EMS/SAP systems, and help prevent downtime by proactive problem solving and teamwork in

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication, math andproblem-solvingskills.

Responsibilities

Manage outbound orders and the put away process to meet ship dates.
Coordinate with the west guard shack to prioritize outbound orders.
Operate crane and forklift for loading, unloading, and inventory consolidation.
Maintain clean, organized Hirise and shipping areas according to factory standards.
Troubleshoot EMS/SAP faults with IT/help desk when needed.
Support hand palletizing when auto palletizing is down.
Track shipping schedules and resolve loads at risk of delay.
Promote safety, hygiene and zero-incident mindset across shifts.
