Are you passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional service? Our dynamic Member Outreach team is looking for its next partner to help expand our reach and connect with both new and existing members.

In this role, the Member Outreach Specialist will proactively engage with prospective, new, and current members to promote Salal Credit Union's products and services, ensuring they receive the personalized financial solutions they deserve. Your drive and enthusiasm will play a key role in fostering meaningful connections and strengthening our community.

In this role, your day-to-day will include:

  • make outbound calls to new indirect members and promotional prospects
  • build and maintain strong relationships with members through proactive outreach, ensuring personalized support and engagement
  • educate members on financial wellbeing while identifying their financial needs in a secure and confidential manner
  • process transactions relevant to the sale and cross-sell, such as transfers within accounts, correct completion of applications, sales tracking, and account notations
  • track and analyze trends to help you and the team refine your outreach strategies
  • develop and deliver digital presentations to members and colleagues that educate audiences about products here at Salal

Someone ideal for this role will have:

  • 2 + years with successful track record in sales (particularly over the phone or outbound sales)
  • strong ability to organize and manage information
  • comfortability with systems like Symitar and MeridianLink or other loan origination systems is preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base salary range of $22.27-$31.17 per hour with most offers typically falling within the target range of $25.38 - $27.61 per hour. Our salary offer will reflect your experience, expertise, and contributions while ensuring equity within our team structure.
  • Ability to earn additional variable compensation for meeting production goals; estimated annual earnings can range from 0-15% of your base salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. Our high deductible plan options include a health savings account (HSA) with annual company-paid contributions.
