Jackson Mitchell Agency in Burnsville, MN is seeking motivated telemarketers to join our Farmers Insurance office. You will make high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and connect prospects with our licensed sales team through live transfers.

No prior insurance experience or license required; training provided. Starting pay is $15–$20 per hour with performance incentives and opportunities to pursue an insurance license and a sales career.

Qualifications

• No insurance license required
• No prior insurance experience required
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Reliable transportation to Burnsville office

Responsibilities

• Make at least 300 outbound calls per day
• Meet daily target of 15 live transfers to sales
• Verify prospect data (carrier, premium, bundles)
• Use Discord to relay lead data to sales before transfers
• Transfer qualified prospects to the sales queue (The Shark Tank)
• Schedule callbacks if agents are unavailable and log in calendar
• Maintain DNC compliance and mark unresponsive prospects accordingly
