We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Telesales Representative to support a growing sales team dedicated to empowering nonprofit organizations with secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions. This role is part of a mission-driven team that enables social impact by helping nonprofit customers navigate their digital transformation journey.

This position requires a strong background in outbound solution selling, campaign development, and customer engagement within the B2B technology space—especially within security and workplace productivity offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to nonprofit organizations to introduce and recommend modern workplace and security solutions tailored to their mission and operational needs.
  • Engage in a blend of customer-facing meetings and administrative planning, including pipeline management, campaign execution, white space targeting, and joint planning with Account Executives.
  • Present product features, benefits, and tailored solutions to prospective customers with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and progress tracking through CRM and pipeline tools.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers by offering consultative guidance and responsive follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and technical specialists to drive successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in sales, with a focus on outbound solution selling and pipeline development in the Tech Industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with workplace productivity and security tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training is required.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, consultative selling, and territory planning.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical, business-relevant manner.
  • Proven collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with nonprofit clients or in the tech-for-social-impact space.
  • Familiarity with sales cycles involving workplace collaboration, endpoint security, and device solutions.
  • Prior experience in high-volume telesales or digital sales environments.

Pay Range:

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $19.32 to $22.20 USD/per hr The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
