Job Title: Outbound Sales Rep – Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) Report Representative

Location: [Remote]

Job Type: [Full-time] 9am-5pm PST

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in outbound calling, preferably in real estate or insurance

Reports To: CEO

About Us: Phoenix Hazard Reports (PHR) provides NHD reports that impact residential properties across the state of California. These reports are required by law in the state of California for all residential real estate transactions. PHR was founded by Hilary Butler who has started two previous NHD companies both of which were acquired by larger companies.

The highest commission caller earned $1,800 per month.

Conduct outbound calls to introduce/sell NHD reports to real estate agents when they have newly listed a home for sale.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and client interactions in the CRM system (CRM: Pipedrive, VOIP: Aircall)

You will be given new weekly leads to call.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets. Occasional emails will be sent out. (150-200 calls per day, 7% conversion rate)

Provide exceptional customer service and convey product knowledge clearly and confidently.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve call scripts and lead quality.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (150-200 calls).
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and products is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g.,Pipedrive, Aircal).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
