Candidate Profile

We seek talented and competitive new business development executives who thrive in high-growth environments. Successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a full-time, remote (or on-site) position. The ideal candidate has a goal-oriented attitude and enjoys a competitive sales environment. Experience in SEO, reputation management, or digital advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • This is a demand generation role involving cold calling and booking appointments
  • Understand and clearly explain NetReputation.com solutions
  • Develop new accounts daily and meet targets
  • Grow your residual business to build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Ability to prospect highly qualified leads
  • Enthusiastic representation of the company and its services
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive attitude
  • Startup experience is a plus
Compensation Package
  • Base pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
  • 3% monthly commissions on gross sales
  • Quarterly, annual, and monthly bonuses
  • Top performers earning $10,000+ per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • $80,000.00 – $100,000+ per year
  • Health insurance

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Some weekend work required
