The role offers a $20/hr base plus tiered commission up to 13.5% with uncapped upside; average first-year earnings are around $90K+. This is a remote, full-time position supported by LaserAway’s national marketing efforts.

What You’ll Own

A pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target that’s yours to drive. With an average treatment plan value of $1,200 and tiered commission up to 13.5%, your earning potential scales directly with your performance.

Day-to-day: working your lead queue, conducting consultative phone conversations, educating patients on LaserAway’s treatment options, overcoming objections, following up persistently, and closing — all managed through our CRM so your pipeline is always visible and your next action is always clear.

This Is Not For Everyone

This is a high-activity outbound role. You’ll spend the majority of your day on the phone — calling, following up, and closing. If your background is primarily inbound customer service, order‑taking, or face‑to‑face sales with limited phone selling, this role is likely not the right fit.
