We are seeking an outbound quality analyst to join our organization. The individual will be required to excel in a structured Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Within this position, you will ensure all equipment is properly configured and shipped to the field, verifying serial numbers, part numbers, software load versions, and other components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the depot manager of discrepancies.
2. Document inspection outcomes with detailed reports and performance records.
3. Make recommendations to improve depot processes.
4. Resolve quality-related issues promptly.
5. Assist the depot team with daily operations.
6. Support the outbound shipping department as needed.

Job Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• High School Diploma minimum required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Windows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Technical writing skills.
• Ability to format data for basic analysis.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access sensitive information.
