Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations within a 200-door freight facility for your designated section of the dock.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule.
• Utilize independent judgment to build loads based on labor and freight levels.
• Ensure proper Load of carriers by monitoring cube and trailer weight.
• Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers and dock workers.
