Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking an Outbound Relationship Consultant in Washington to place outbound calls to open memberships and deepen member relationships. You will cross-sell deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and mortgage products, driving service and sales goals with a professional demeanor.

You will follow up with leads, educate members on pricing, maintain CRM records, and work to exceed monthly targets while upholding compliance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience with Nuvision and/or prior loan experience
• Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity
• Working knowledge of applicable law, regulations, compliance practices
• Solid knowledge of deposit, loan and ancillary products/services
• Basic understanding of applicable lending regulations
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with members, staff and management
• Able to listen, identify needs and offer solutions
• Solid computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through with member requests

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound calls to meet sales goals
• Interact with members via telephone and email to discuss needs and solutions
• Educate members on product offerings and pricing
• Track daily calls and production
• Follow up with members via telephone or email
• Maintain CRM records and daily sales totals
• Represent the Credit Union professionally at all times
• Support depository and lending products and related goals
