Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld scanners and the ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products securely using the SPS system to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers following safety protocols.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit daily, weekly, monthly goals.
• Adhere to company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions to support overall operations.
