Job summary

Morales Beverage Group, based in Houston, TX, seeks an Imports Warehouse Lead, Outbound to support the Warehouse Manager in daily outbound operations. The role oversees workflow, ensures efficiency, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces safety standards.

Full-time position with a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor palletization standards for safe and compliant loads.
• Analyze dashboards and reports to maintain workflow and address issues.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinate outbound pickups with operations, purchasing, and other departments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks per safety policies.
• Perform order selection, labeling, staging, loading, and inventory movement.
• Maintain records with MS Office and WMS for reports and updates.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Train and coach warehouse staff on procedures, productivity, and safety.
• Monitor performance and communicate improvement needs to Warehouse Manager.
