Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Must pass background and drug screening for hire.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor palletization standards to ensure loads are built safely and per company specs.
• Analyze dashboards and reports to maintain workflow and address issues.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other warehouse documents accurately.
• Coordinate outbound pickups and maintain communication with operations and purchasing.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety policies.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coach and guide warehouse associates on proper procedures and safety practices.
