Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking an Outbound Supervisor for our TX Fulfillment Center in Farmers Branch, TX. You will report to the Outbound Manager and supervise daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate, safe, and timely processing of orders.

This role requires leadership experience in a fulfillment environment, strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners, and the ability to train and develop associates while driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years leadership in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and ensuring productivity/quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking/packing to meet daily deadlines with accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and workload based on order volume.
• Lead and develop outbound associates and resolve issues with orders.
