Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Outbound Dock Loader at the Fort Payne, AL Regional Distribution Center. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–1:30am. Starting rate: $21.00/hr plus monthly incentive bonus.

Responsibilities include operating a dock stocker, RF picking, sorting, scanning, and shipping orders; lifting and moving pallets; maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Qualifications include 0–3 years of warehouse experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reliable attendance, and safety

• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned

Outbound Dock Loader

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Outbound Dock Loader at our Fort Payne, AL Regional Distribution Center.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:30am

Starting Rate:

$21.00 PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus!

Qualifications

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $22.61

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
