Summary:

Safeguard Home & Auto is seeking a high-energy, motivated Customer Service Caller to join our team. Your mission? Keep our existing clients happy and uncover new quoting opportunities daily. You’ll be on the front lines of customer experience—making 75–100 outbound calls per day and helping us generate 5–7 new home or auto insurance quotes daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Call 75–100 existing clients daily
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during the call
  • Build rapport and trust quickly—your voice is our brand
  • Track call activity and quote metrics in CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership with new opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Takes notes, updates CRMs, and tracks calls/quotes with accuracy.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset – Motivated by daily targets like generating 5–7 quotes per day.
  • Neutral, Clear English Accent – Must speak clearly with a professional and easy-to-understand tone for U.S.-based clients.
