Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring for an Outbound Sales/Marketing Agent in Las Vegas. Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly and monthly performance bonuses.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, full-time with paid training and rapid advancement opportunities. You will sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests, assist with inquiries, determine eligibility, and join ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales call center is a plus.
• Friendly, upbeat attitude and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Basic PC proficiency and commitment to high call quality.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background check; dress code is business casual.
