Dennett Rehab Center is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Out of State CNA while completing Maryland licensure requirements. You will work under experienced staff and contribute to resident care, gaining hands-on experience and a path to a licensed position upon approval.

Starting pay is $15/hour while endorsement is pending, with potential pay increase after Maryland CNA 1 approval. We provide Maryland reciprocity guidance and a supportive management team, with consistent

• CNA license from another state is required.
• Agreement to complete Maryland endorsement within 6-8 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Be sensitive to residents' families and respond professionally as needed
• Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and living area clean
• Answer call lights promptly
