Job summary

OurCalling seeks a Chief Advancement Officer in Dallas to lead fundraising strategy, donor relations, and program expansion while working closely with the CEO and C-suite. The role emphasizes collaboration, relational stewardship, and serving the homeless community with dignity.

# OurCalling – Chief Advancement Officerby | Sep 14, 2026The Chief Advancement Officer provides strategic leadership to the advancement team, relationally investing in a portfolio of donors and providing support to the entire OurCalling staff in identifying innovative ways to support ongoing day-to-day operations and future expansion projects and programs. He/She will lead through a humble, supportive and collaborative approach in leading their team and working collaboratively with donors, business leaders, and community stakeholders to achieve the organization’s current fundraising plan. We are passionate about loving and helping our unsheltered homeless neighbors transition to better lives. We are a faith-based ministry where every job is a ministry position. While everyone on the team wears multiple hats, our primary function is helping people walk with Jesus and getting them off the streets.We want everything that we do to point to Jesus. We serve 300-500 guests daily. We operate a “no-barrier” navigation center for the unsheltered homeless community. We are not a shelter, instead we help people enter into long term programs and recovery centers across the country.
