Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to support the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will register donors, screen them, conduct phlebotomy when needed, and provide donor care during the donation process.

This full-time role requires working 30+ hours per week with varied days, evenings, and weekend shifts. Training is provided and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a stable work history.
• Understand importance of SOPs.
• Be able to work varied schedule incl. weekends.
• May train away from home up to two weeks.
• Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and collect donor information.
• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Assist with post-donation care and instructions.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
