Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital Solutions in Santa Clara, CA, offers a six-month CO-OP focused on building leadership, technical and communication skills within OTTAVA™ operations. Qualifications

Enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Bachelor of Sciences.
Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills are expected.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, R&D, and Quality Engineering teams to design and qualify the manufacturing process.
Perform gap analysis for manufacturing and test processes.
Collect, analyze, and report process data.
Collaborate with suppliers to support key projects.
Lead small technical projects and process changes.
Support community activities in line with Credo.
