Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Japanese clients and sales teams via email, phone, and other channels to provide timely and professional support

  • Build a strong understanding of target customers and their business needs

  • Assist the Japanese sales team with daily operations and client follow-ups

  • Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service in both Japanese and English

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English, capable of handling business communication

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
