Job summary

TruckRight is hiring for a Full Time - Single - Company Driver position based in Worthington, MN. A valid Class A CDL and long-haul experience are required to operate across the United States. The role offers earnings potential from $50K to $100K per year depending on miles and performance.

Starting pay is $0.59 per mile, increasing to $0.60 after 1 year, $0.61 after 2 years, $0.62 after 3 years, $0.63 after 4 years, and $0.64 after 5 years. Short haul adds extra per loaded mile.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes across the United States.
• Maintain DOT compliance and pass pre-employment checks.
• Accurately track miles and apply mileage-based pay bonuses.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
