TruckRight in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks full-time company driver with a Class A CDL and a strong safety record. Openings: 10. Starting pay $0.59/mile with incremental raises to $0.64/mile after 5 years, plus per-stop pay and short-haul bonuses. Potential earnings range $50K–$100K per year plus benefits after probation.

Health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days, 401K with company match, paid vacation, referral bonuses, and fuel cards to cover fuel expenses are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR — no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass driving test.
• Class A CDL required.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $010 additional per loaded mile
