TruckRight, a family‑owned, U.S. carrier, seeks a Full Time Company Driver with a valid Class A CDL for nationwide routes. Start at $0.59/mile with progression to higher rates based on tenure and performance, plus per‑mile bonuses for short‑haul segments and loaded miles.

We offer a comprehensive benefit package after 90 days and multiple bonus opportunities, including a referral bonus and a roadside inspection bonus. Must have 3+ years OTR, clean MVR, and be able to pass required tests.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
