Job summary

TruckRight is seeking a Full Time - Company Driver to operate Class A CDL on United States routes. The role includes starting pay and step increases by years of service, with bonuses and benefits after 90 days.

Expect stop pay after the first, and vehicle support with Kenworth and Peterbilt gliders. Strong MVR and compliance with safety standards are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & driving test.
• Clear MVR - no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive United States routes as a company driver.
• Handle required paperwork and endorsements per policy.
• Utilize cab or truck stop for paperwork scanning and data entry.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

$0.59/mile starting, $0.60/mile after 1 yr of employment, $0.61/mile after 2 yrs of employment, $0.62/mile after 3 yrs of employment, $0.63/mile after 4 yrs of employment, $0.64/mile after 5 yrs of employment

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $010 additional per loaded mile
