Best-One Tire & Service in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Off-The-Road Tire Service Technician to join our team at the 3rd Street location. The role focuses on removing, installing and repairing tires on a range of off-the-road equipment, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position offers up to $27.50 per hour, with benefits, career growth, and ongoing training. Priority is given to applicants with commercial vehicle experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial vehicles required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• Commitment to service beyond customer expectations.
• DOT medical certificate as applicable.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove, install, and repair tires on off-the-road equipment.
• Safely mount/dismount tires with specialized equipment.
• Inspect tires and rims to decide repair or replacement.
• Provide fleet inspections and recommendations.
• Perform emergency on-site service for OTR tires.
• Prepare on-site service paperwork.
• Communicate fleet needs with Service Managers and Sales.
• Operate heavy-duty service trucks and hydraulic manipulators.
• Maintain tools and follow safety standards.
• Keep company vehicles maintained to DOT standards.
