Job summary

Clover Health Services in Lakeview, Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week engagement. You will conduct assessments, design rehabilitation plans, and help clients return to work while educating caregivers and families. This role requires Oregon licensure and an ACOTE-accredited OT background.

We offer a competitive weekly pay range ($1,692–$1,857) and housing benefits, travel allowances, and referral bonuses. Start date is 2026-10-05.

Qualifications

• OTR credential and state licensure to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate (OTD) from ACOTE-accredited program.
• CPR/BLS certification required and NBCOT examination progress/completion.
• Registered OT with NBCOT and license to practice in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and psychological assessments.
• Assess home and work environments and advise on adaptive equipment.
• Develop physical rehabilitation programs and prepare clients for return to work.
• Educate caregivers and family members and evaluate therapy effectiveness.
• Maintain professional knowledge and comply with regulations.
