Job summary

Sealy Logistics is seeking dependable, safety-focused CDL drivers for Over-the-Road, Regional, and Local routes. The team emphasizes timely, secure deliveries with compliance to FMCSA standards.

We offer weekly pay with direct deposit, orientation and training, and flexible home time depending on route. Modern, well‑maintained equipment and fuel/toll coverage support drivers on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 2.5–3 years driving experience preferred.
• DOT physical and drug screening required.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Sealy Logistics is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and professional CDL drivers to join our growing team. We are hiring for Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Local drivers for dedicated routes to fit a variety of lifestyles. Our drivers are the backbone of our operation, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM)
• Weekly pay ranges from $1,700 to $2,600.00
• Weekly direct deposit
• Consistent miles and reliable scheduling
• Performance and safety bonuses (if applicable)

Route Options

OTR (Over-the-Road) Drivers

• Set Routes
• 2–3 weeks out, followed by scheduled home time
• Long‑haul, high‑mileage opportunities

Regional Drivers

• Operate within a defined region (e.g., Midwest, South)
• Home weekly or bi-weekly
• Balanced schedule between mileage and home time

Local Drivers

• Short‑haul routes with daily home time

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
• Transport goods efficiently and on schedule
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations

• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage
• Report any mechanical issues or delays promptly

Qualifications
