Responsibilities

• Coordinate over the road (OTR) trucking shipments from start to finish, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Confirm shipment details including product, quantities, carrier assignments, and delivery dates before dispatch.
• Ensure all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading and proof of delivery, is complete and accurate.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders on shipment status and delays.
• Escalate service failures or carrier performance issues to the Supply Chain Manager with a written summary.
