The successful candidate will perform comprehensive hand assessments, post-surgical protocols, orthotic fabrication, and interdisciplinary collaboration to translate therapy into daily function.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required.
• Hand Therapy experience required; CHT a plus.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and wound care.
• Ability to fabricate custom splints and orthotics.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hand therapy program for advanced upper-extremity rehab.
• Perform comprehensive hand evaluations including ROM, strength, and sensation.
• Implement post-surgical protocols for tendon repairs, fractures, and nerve injuries.
• Design, fabricate, and fit custom splints to support healing.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to integrate function into daily life.
