What You Would Be Signing Up For

We haul large freight requiring loading, tarping, and securing LTL style. You won't wait for loads; your fuel card stays active because we are financially stable. You’ll need to use your brain—dry van dock bumpers need not apply.

Qualifications

• CDL A holder
• 1-2 years of long haul, coast-to-coast experience
• Experience with step deck, double drop, or flatbed freight
• Experience building and executing successful trip plans
• Tarping and freight securement experience in all weather conditions
• Meet all federal motor carrier guidelines; no OWIs in the past 5 years

Life as a Kaiser Long-Haul Driver

Our TSS business model offers exciting challenges with freight that isn't easy, creating "organized chaos." We seek drivers who enjoy challenges and being on the road, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring freight arrives safely and on time. You can schedule your own home time.

Training on freight securing and tarping the Kaiser way is provided before you start driving. Orientation in Wisconsin takes about two weeks, and all travel expenses are covered, with pay during orientation.
