What you'd be signing up for:

We haul large freight requiring loading, tarping, and securing LTL-style. You won't wait for loads; your fuel card stays on because we are financially stable. You need to be smart; dock bumpers are not part of our freight.

Qualifications:

• CDL A holder
• 1-2 years of long haul, coast-to-coast experience
• Experience with step deck, double drop, or flatbed freight
• Experience in trip planning and freight securement in all weather
• No OWIs in the past 5 years, meeting federal guidelines

The life of a Kaiser long-haul driver:

Our unique TSS business model involves challenging freight that requires skill and coordination. Enjoy scheduling your own home time. Training on freight securement and tarping is provided before you start driving. Orientation at our Wisconsin terminal lasts about two weeks, with all expenses paid and paid training.
