Job summary

Melton Truck Lines is hiring Class A CDL OTR flatbed drivers to join a driver-focused team. Drivers are out 2–3 weeks at a time, run nationwide, and receive hands-on securement training, excellent benefits, and modern equipment.

Average weekly earnings $1,600–$1,800 gross, pay $0.60–$0.64 CPM, up to $0.74 CPM with milestones, 2,000–2,500 miles weekly, and 24/7 support with flexible home time and pet/rider programs. Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 and veterans' bonuses are also available.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL-A License.
• No DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Must meet all applicable DOT regulations, including a DOT physical and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Class A CDL OTR flatbed driver, joining a nationwide team.
• Safely secure and tarp loads and maintain compliance with DOT rules.
• Commit to OTR schedules (2–3 weeks out) and complete training as required.
• Utilize available support resources and participate in ongoing safety programs.
