Job summary

Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL OTR flatbed drivers to join our driver-focused team. Our program emphasizes YOUR success with training and support, and we offer a path for experienced drivers, recent CDL grads, or transitioning veterans.

Drivers earn weekly pay ranging from about $1,600 to $1,800 gross, with substantial bonus opportunities, including a $2,500 sign-on for experienced drivers, generous per diem and miles, and comprehensive benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• 21 years or older and able to meet DOT requirements.
• No DUIs in the last 5 years and able to pass DOT physical/drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL trucks in OTR flatbed roles nationwide.
• Secure loads, tarp as required, and ensure safety compliance.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks at a time and maintain logs and reports.
• Utilize company support resources for performance and safety.
