Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is seeking experienced CDL drivers and new CDL holders for OTR roles within 90 miles of Nashville, TN. The fleet offers a clear path to build miles and experience, with solo pay at 0.70 CPM and an optional Driver Mentor program for additional earnings.

New CDL graduates may qualify for paid OTR training, while mentors earn extra CPM and productivity incentives. Home time typically ranges from 7–10 days between runs and weekend/weekly deposits are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires Valid Class A CDL.
• Must live within 90 miles of Nashville, TN.
• Minimum age 21.
• Solo and Mentor applicants require at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• New CDL holders may be considered for available training positions.
• Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR freight with 100% no-touch loads.
• Typically return home every 7–10 days.
• Mentor qualified experienced drivers to help newer CDL holders complete OTR training.
• Earn additional compensation through the Driver Mentor program.
