Amanwithaplanservices is seeking Class A CDL drivers for nationwide OTR refrigerated hauling. All 48 states, home time after every 3–4 weeks out, with generous pay and versatile employment options.

Drivers earn 70% of linehaul revenue and receive 100% of fuel surcharges. Lease-purchase options, new Kenworth T680 equipment, and no forced dispatch support a flexible, driver-friendly program.

Qualifications

• 53' tractor-trailer OTR experience in last 6–12 months.
• Exclude non-truck experience (school, straight truck, garbage/dump trucks).

Responsibilities

• Haul general refrigerated freight (beef, chicken, pork, beer) across all 48 states.
• Operate Kenworth T680 or newer; maintain equipment.
• No touch freight; manage routes efficiently.
• Earn 70% of linehaul revenue with a pay structure based on miles.
• Receive 100% of fuel surcharges paid for shipments hauled.
• Home time: 5 days at home each month; 2,300–2,500+ miles weekly.
• Lease/purchase options and driver options (owner-operator, company driver).
