Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to haul USPS mail on dedicated, preplanned routes. This high-mileage OTR position offers steady miles and strong earning potential with modern equipment.

You'll operate primarily east of I-35, with regular home time every 10-14 days, and no West Coast or extreme Northeast trips. Expect pre-trip inspections, compliant ELD logs, and close coordination with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10-14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport USPS loads across lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow route plans.
