Job summary

Blue Trucking seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for high-mileage USPS mail routes. This OTR position focuses on preplanned USPS loads with reliable freight, late-model equipment, and minimal-touch freight.

Expect consistent miles and a strong earning potential as you operate across Midwest, South, and Southeast lanes. Drivers are responsible for safe operation, comprehensive pre/post-trip checks, and adherence to HOS regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time ~10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and comply with HOS regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to DOT, FMCSA and company safety policies.
