This role includes paid OTR training, weekly pay after training, direct deposit, and steady miles (2500–3000 weekly). Home time allows two weeks out and two days at home, with clear growth opportunities as you gain miles, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• Recent CDL school graduate with a 120-hour Truck Driving School Certificate.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer on long‑haul routes while learning safe driving practices and professional road conduct.
• Deliver freight on time.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
• This role prepares you for a successful transition into solo OTR driving.
