Overhaul Carriers Ltd. invites entry-level drivers to join our OTR program. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes while learning safe driving practices and professional road conduct.

We provide paid OTR training with an experienced trainer, weekly pay after training, steady miles (about 2500–3000 weekly), and a home-time plan that lets you run two weeks and reset at home for two days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Recent CDL school graduate with 120-hour certificate.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
• This role prepares you for a transition into solo OTR driving.
