Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is actively seeking OTR Class A drivers in DeSoto, Texas, for high-mileage operations. This role offers competitive compensation with a base rate of $0.54 – $0.60 CPM and a straightforward pay structure.

The ideal candidate will prioritize consistent miles, as there are high-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles weekly with no forced dispatch to New York City. Comprehensive benefits begin on day 30 and include medical insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No DUI convictions within the last 60 months.
• No SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR for high-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles weekly.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.

Skills

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

At least 90 days of recent solo tractor-trailer experience

Ability to pass all DOT-required drug and physical examinations

Education

Valid Class A CDL
