NIS EXPRESS is seeking experienced OTR Class A drivers in Benton, Arkansas. This position offers a high-mileage operation with minimal freight handling and modern fleet equipment. Drivers can expect consistently high weekly mileage and are supported 24/7.

Compensation includes a straightforward pay structure, with base rates ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM and top earners making over $1,750 weekly. Benefits start on day 30 and include health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 90 days of recent solo tractor-trailer experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must pass all required drug and physical examinations.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR with consistent weekly mileage of 2,300 – 3,000 miles.
• Adhere to no-touch freight policy and drop & hook routines.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
