Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a USPS dedicated OTR position with fixed weekly pay. This full-time role focuses on routes east of I-35, offering high-mileage miles and preplanned USPS freight.

Drivers will handle pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and follow DOT regulations while enjoying benefits such as weekly direct deposit and late-model equipment. Home time typically every 10–14 days, with no West Coast or far Northeast routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods, with home time roughly every 10–14 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
