Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for high-mileage OTR USPS dedicated loads. This full-time role offers consistent weekly pay and preplanned routes across lanes east of I-35, with no West Coast or far Northeast assignments.

Expect safe operation of tractor-trailers, strict adherence to DOT/HOS rules, and regular home time every 10–14 days. Trucks are well-maintained, and loads are mostly drop-and-hook for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
