Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for USPS dedicated OTR routes. This full-time position operates primarily east of I-35 across the Midwest, South, and Southeast, with no West Coast or far Northeast lanes. You’ll haul preplanned USPS freight in late-model tractors, enjoy no-touch or minimal-touch freight, and receive direct weekly pay.

Expect about 3,500 miles per week and steady, reliable work. Safety‑conscious driving and timely deliveries are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS).
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
