Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a USPS dedicated, fixed-rate OTR position. This full-time role offers a steady schedule hauling preplanned USPS loads across routes mainly east of I-35, with no West Coast or far Northeast assignments.

You'll operate safely, perform pre/post trips, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch. The position features a fixed weekly rate and weekly direct deposit, with high-mileage freight and late-model equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
